Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

Serni currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.

Rates

Standard — orders $50 and over	Free
Standard — orders under $50	$5.00
Express	$12.00

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total after any discounts.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after shipping; express is faster. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can add time.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show activity.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on the same schedule as one-time orders and follow the same shipping rates based on the order total. You'll receive an email before each renewal.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's in transit, and we can't refund orders lost due to an incorrect address. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email hello@sernishop.com immediately and we'll try to fix it before it ships.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, see our Refund Policy or email hello@sernishop.com and we'll take care of it.

Storage

Store your Serni products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If a package sits in extreme heat or cold during delivery, let us know — we'll replace it.
