Our 60-Night Guarantee
Sleep on it for 60 nights. If Serni isn't working for you, email us and we'll refund your first order in full — you don't need to send the bottle back.
We ask that you actually give it a fair shot. Magnesium isn't a sleeping pill; most people notice a difference somewhere in the first two weeks, and some take a little longer.
How to request a refund under the guarantee
Email hello@sernishop.com within 60 days of your delivery date with your order number. We'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Applies to your first order of a given product, one per customer or household.
- You do not need to return the product.
- Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Available on orders shipped within the United States.
Standard Returns
Outside the guarantee, unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products.
Email hello@sernishop.com for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@sernishop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice — at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal, with no fee. Manage or cancel from the account link in your order confirmation email, or email hello@sernishop.com.
Because subscription orders are fulfilled quickly, we can't cancel or refund an order that has already shipped. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your first subscription order is covered by the 60-Night Guarantee above.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, check with your household and neighbors, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work it out with you.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders move to fulfillment quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@sernishop.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
