Serni LLC ("Serni," "we," "us") operates sernishop.com and shop.sernishop.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

You give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details when you purchase, subscribe, sign up for emails or SMS, leave a review, or contact us. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on site, and similar usage data, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use It

Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and subscriptions
Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and service messages
Provide customer support and handle returns
Send marketing emails and texts, when you've opted in
Measure and improve our advertising and website
Detect and prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who need it to run our business, under contracts limiting their use of it:

Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes orders
Payment processors — to charge your payment method securely
Supliful — our fulfillment partner, which receives your name and shipping address to pack and ship your order
Shipping carriers — to deliver your package
Email and SMS providers — to send the messages you've subscribed to
Analytics and advertising partners — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Triple Whale, to measure site activity and ad performance

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Advertising and Tracking

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and the Triple Whale pixel to understand how people find and use our site and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies and share limited information — such as pages viewed, items added to cart, and purchase events — with those partners, sometimes including a hashed version of your email address. This may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws.

You can limit interest-based advertising through your Meta ad settings, your browser's cookie controls, or industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

Email and SMS

If you opt in, we'll send marketing messages. Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing doesn't stop transactional messages about orders you've placed.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, understand site usage, and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working properly.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of your information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under those laws.

Data Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.
